A beloved and luscious snack in Portugal, Rissois are a delicious type of fried pastry. Coupled with a creamy shrimp sauce and a dash of spice, these are wrapped in a light dough and then fried.

Cooking Instruction:
• Do not thaw.
• Heat the oil to 160° – 170° Celsius, fry for 3 -4 mins until golden brown. Strain on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Enjoy with your favourite sauce.
