Who is “The Chef’s Wife”

As the name suggests, this company “THE CHE’FS WIFE” is dedicated to my lovely wife Candy. As fantastic a home baker that Candy is, she is absolutely enthusiastic & zealous in everything she does. As a couple we are both extremely passionate & adventurous about food. Candy as Cabin crew & myself as a chef on a cruise liner, we’ve had the privilege to travel the world professionally & as a family on vacations & it is the most wonderful experience to meet with so many different cultures & their foods.

Every meal had to be at a local eatery or at the street side food cart & it was always finger licking good. Rubbing shoulders with the locals & eating the same food they are eating, the cultures & the exchange of conversations is heartwarming. It’s such a humble feeling. Candy & I both strongly believe that good food is most often simple food where you can taste every ingredient & the burst of flavors & textures when its all put together.

The idea of The Chef’s Wife is to introduce good, hearty foods from around the world, cooked with the simplest of ingredients to satisfy your hunger, your soul & bring a smile to your face. Some traditional, some fusion & some twisted with a little or may be a lot of mischief to give you an unforgettable experience.
